ADVANCED ANTERIOR PELVIC TILT EXERCISE by @guerrillazen - Have lower back extension problems? Chronic low back tightness. Lumbar lordosis (excessively arched lower back). Then try this exercise! - BE WARNED though, this exercise is very advanced. Most people with and anterior pelvic tilt will simply not have the strength to perform this correctly. If you can’t do this without: 1) Your lower back hurting 2) Your lower back extending (arching) more then you should probably not try this and instead swap it out for a regressed exercise like RKC plank or perform this technique on your knees instead of your toes. - Here’s how to do it. Start in a classic plank position with your arms slightly more out in front of you than normal. Keep the core braced extremely hard and transition from your elbows to your hands. La tuck planche è una delle prime propedeutiche che viene eseguita,e dove si comincia a percepire lo sbilanciamento del corpo in avanti. I presupposti per una corretta esecuzione sono la protrazione e la depressione delle spalle. There are 20% of your own body weight’s forces going laterally just jogging straight ahead. Never mind when you actually sprint, stop, go and change direction.
